This project takes an iconic mid-century modern apartment and reimagines one of its interiors with an open and inviting design that balances the old with the new. By stripping back pre-existing walls to enhance natural light and flow, the space reveals its architectural heritage while embracing modern living. The concrete pillars and epoxy-coated floors maintain a sense of authenticity, while a palette of warm neutrals and rich textures brings warmth and cohesion. Greenery adds life to the minimalist design, creating a serene, stylish space that embodies LaBec’s vision of "designing comfort, creating style."
